I met Brittany through another Blue Trillium Bride. She was a bridesmaid for her dear friend Katie when she was married a couple of years ago. At our first meeting, I instantly remembered her from that day, with her beautiful blonde locks and big smile. With her easy going personality, I knew that photographing her wedding day would be so much fun. Let’s be honest, anyone who spends their days teaching pre-schoolers has to know how to roll with the punches and take things in stride!
Brittany and Josh’s wedding day turned out amazing! These two were joined by such amazing friends and family. Josh and his groomsmen went through Boy Scouts together, each even achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. You know you are in good company if you are surrounded by Eagle Scouts! One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing the moments between Brittany and her mother and father in-law. Even though she has been a part of their family for several years as Josh’s significant other, it was so sweet to see how special it was for her to officially become a Jones and their daughter. Brittany even did a first look with her new father-in-law. After seeing how gorgeous she was, he embraced her in the biggest hug! I am getting misty-eyed just thinking about it. I was so honored to be there for their special day. As you scroll through this beautiful wedding, I hope you enjoy this couple as much as I did.
